For the City of Saint-Eustache, the PPU of Vieux-Saint-Eustache will allow the city to make decisions in the process of upgrading this district, both in terms of directions to be given to investments and in terms of tools for implementing these guidelines. The Old Saint-Eustache PPU was developed on the basis of a sustainable development approach.

Paré + ‘s mandate was to carry out the following interventions:

Development of a diagnosis of the environment and the issues;
Establishment of a planning vision and guidelines;
Proposal for a concept of spatial organization;
Establishment of an action and intervention plan.
